ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS DELIVERY TIME Our Vests and Bands are made from DuPont® Cordura, a medium weight, denim like fabric, or Pack Cloth, a lighter weight, silkier fabric with a close weave. Both fabrics are made of Nylon and are durable, colorfast, washable and moisture/mildew resistant. Pack Cloth has an addition feature in that it tends to not hold onto dog fur and is slightly lighter in weight then Cordura. For heavy duty work, we recommend Cordura. For lighter, indoor work, we recommend Pack Cloth. Because Nylon fiber is used, neither of these fabrics "breathes" like a natural fiber such as cotton or wool does. However, our Vests and Bands cover so little of the dog, fabric breathe-ability is not much of a factor. We use a weight chart to fit our capes for your dog. Please see our Sizing Chart to pick a size for your dog. Our Vests come in either No Pocket or Pocket style. Pocket styles feature two flat, zippered pockets on each side. All sizes are available in No Pocket style. All sizes are offered on Pocket style except Tiny and Toy. This is because the pockets would be so small, they are useless for most purposes. Bands are offered in sizes Small through Giant only. We offer lots of colors in both Cordura and Pack Cloth. Please visit our Fabrics and Colors page to see sample color swatches. NOTE: Your monitor shows its' own unique color properties. We cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen is the actual color of the fabric. We are happy to send out samples of our fabrics upon request. Additionally, because of the nature of fabric, color may vary from batch to batch. We have no control over the manufacture of our fabrics. Our Vests and Bands fasten to your dog with webbing straps and heavy duty, plastic, quick release buckles on both the front chest strap and under chest straps. Both straps are completely adjustable. Vests are meant to be worn over the shoulder blades. Bands fit just behind the shoulder blades and are the better choice if your dog wears a harness. Please note that Bands do not come in our size Tiny or Toy. Your dog's vest may be personalized with your choice of one of our embroidered motifs, your choice of text or your organization's logo. See our section on embroidery in our print and online catalogs to view our ready made designs. Please note that there is a one time charge for digitizing your organizational logo. Once that is done, we can put your logo on most of our products, including Vests, Bands, shirts, hats, bags and more. Our Vests, Bands and other products made from either Cordura or Pack Cloth are all machine washable and dryable. Just toss them frequently into your washer and dryer to keep them clean and fresh. Regular washing will remove most common dust and dirt, but other stains may require special treatment. Delivery Time: Most of our products are hand made in our own shop to your specificiations. We do not carry any stock on hand except our ready made, sew on patches. Below is the approximate wait time for our products: Embroidered products, including Vests and Bands: 4-6 weeks. Non embroidered products, including Vests and Bands with sew on patches: 3-4 weeks. Ready made, sew on patches: Approximately 2 weeks.
