HOW TO ORDER We offer three options for ordering from our company: 1. Use our Online Store. We update our web based store often with new products. It is safe and easy to use. Just pick out your products, put them in your online shopping cart and process your order when finished. From our store, you may pay via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Pay Pal, check or money order. After placing your order, if you have correctly typed your e-mail address, you will receive a confirmation from our software to tell you the order was successfully placed. This is not a direct charge to your credit card. We do that by hand when we actually write up your invoice. We do not begin work until payment as cleared. 2. Phone orders are welcome, however we can be difficult to reach at times and that can be frustrating. We are a home based, family run business rather then a formal store front so we can have flexibility in our daily schedules. This means we may not always be available instantly via phone. 3. Send for our print catalog. Because of the nature of the printed word, this catalog is not as up to date as our online store, but it has all our basic products and, if you are reading this, you can go online to check out anything not included in the catalog. The catalog includes an order form for your convenience. 4. Occasionally, someone just types out an order in an e-mail and sends it to us. We would like to avoid this method as it can be very dangerous for you to include personal information such as credit card numbers in an e-mail which can be easily stolen by those pesky Internet varmits who prowl the airwaves. Keep you and your information safe by using a more secure method such as outlined above to place your order with us.
