Shipping and Return Policy

Most orders are shipped within one week or less. Embroidered orders can take one to two weeks to process depending on volume. Logo vests(such as specialized group logos for instance) can take up to 2-3 weeks.

Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours. 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.

You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 30 days of placing the order. If the vest does not work for your needs you may also return it, but it must be returned in new, and unworn condition. For sizing issues, repairs, etc. Please Contact Us for instructions. Custom orders may have a restocking fee.
